Happy Sunday all. It has warmed up a little too fast for this old gal but I have the swamp cooler going and my normal spot is sitting right in front of it. The house stays pretty cool because there are so many trees in the yard. It's my little paradise in the middle of brown. I do the yard work and run errands early so I can beat the heat. It was such a nice long spring, I really can't complain.
The kids are working on the wedding plans, it's moved back to September now and nothing is set in stone. I am making the cake topper and I am torn between Shrek and Fiona or a romantic one made out of porcelain. At least now I have time to make it just right. The kids brought up Shrek and Fiona, I LOVE the idea.
I'm off in a few hours for the Crosby, Stills and Nash concert. I have heard several remarks on their live concerts vs. their recordings so we'll see.
A fellow rider suffered major injuries in a hit and run on Memorial day and is still in the hospital. His name is Charlie, please include him in your prayers. We're out there everywhere so please be aware that we are hard to see.
